How can I find my subscription renewal date?
Log in to your account page here. Look for the list of “My Subscriptions.” Click on the “Manage” link. You will find all of the information about your subscription under this tab.
Do you offer promo codes?
We often give our loyal customers special discounts. So be sure to sign up for our mailing list and follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to stay up to date on future opportunities.
How do I use a promo code?
When you sign up for a subscription, you will see a box to enter a coupon code on the left side of the page in the “Extra” section. Enter your code and hit the “Redeem” button. The price at the bottom of the page will automatically update when a valid coupon code is entered. We only allow one coupon per customer per subscription.
Can I send The Passionistas Project Pack as a gift?
The Passionistas Project Pack makes the perfect gift for the women in your life, since each box is filled with individually wrapped products. It’s like Christmas in a box! When you sign up for a subscription, you will see the option to select “This is a gift” on the left side of the page in the “Extra” section. Click on this button and your gift options will appear on the right side of the page. You will have the options to choose when the gift subscription starts and how many shipments of the box you want to send. You can also enter a gift message that will be included in your box. You can also send a gift card to The Passionistas Project Pack in any denomination you like that can be used toward the purchase of one box, an annual subscription or individual products in our Passionistas Project shop. Click here to purchase a gift card.
When will I be billed for The Passionistas Project Pack?
Your first Pack bills and ships within five days of your first order, unless that quarter is already sold out. Your second box will begin with the next billing cycle. You will be billed on the first day of the month that each season starts —March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 — for the box that will start shipping the middle of that month.
What are your shipping options?
We currently ship to the continental United States only through USPS Priority Mail. We offer a discounted shipping rate of $2.99 per Pack to all new subscribers.
How often does The Passionistas Project Pack ship?
We’re a quarterly subscription service so you’ll get a new Pack every three months. Packs ship on or about March 15, June 15, September 15 and December 15.
How can I find out when my Passionistas Project Pack will arrive?
Once your Pack ships, you’ll get an email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on the progress of your shipment. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions and include your order number in your email. You can also access tracking information by logging into your account and clicking the “Shipments” link to see the status of your shipment.
My package didn’t arrive. What should I do?
Please check with the USPS if you received a notice that your package was delivered but you don’t see it. The Passionistas Project is not responsible for or offer reimbursement for lost or stolen items.
I moved. What should I do?
Please log into your account and update your shipping address. Please be aware that the change of address will only be applied to future orders and pending orders will automatically ship to the current address on your account.

What kind of products can I expect to receive in The Passionistas Project Pack?
The quarterly Passionistas Project Pack is filled with five to seven individually wrapped products from women-owned businesses and female artisans including beauty, skincare, apparel, jewelry, food, home goods, stationary and more. We include Q&A's with each contributing Passionista, plus access to online content and the Passionistas Project Facebook group, to inspire women to follow their passions. The purchase of every Passionistas Project Pack supports multiple women-owned businesses and a portion of the proceeds go to a woman-centric non-profit. Please visit the Passionistas Project Add-Ons shop to purchase individual products from female entrepreneurs and artisans.
What is the Add-On Shop?
The Add-On Shop is our marketplace where members can purchase past boxes and items from past boxes at a discounted price. Each item for sale will have a product description and the story of the women behind the business.
There are less expensive subscription boxes on the market, why should I buy The Passionistas Project Pack?
We’re really happy that you’ve asked this question. We understand that The Passionistas Project Pack costs more than some other lifestyle boxes and that you might find similar products for less money at online outlets or at big box stores. But we ask that you keep in mind that all of our products come from small women-owned businesses and female artisans and many are handmade. These women work on very slim profit margins and we want to ensure that we are paying them a fair price for their products. In return, our profit margins are also very narrow. We believe there is an inherent value in supporting women-owned and that the inspiring stories of these women are priceless.
PAUSES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We feel confident that you will love every item in each Passionistas Project Pack you receive. Because of the nature of the subscription business model, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless you receive a damaged item. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase contact us and let us know the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
What if one of the items I receive is broken or damaged?
We do our best to ensure that all of your products arrive safely, but unforeseen accidents can happen during transit. We are more than happy to replace a damaged item if you notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. If we do not have a replacement item, we will select an item of the same value from our shop and send you a surprise treat. We cannot accommodate replacements after the 30-day window. In order to request your replacement, please email us at email@example.com with the subject line: DAMAGED ITEM. Please include your order number, email associated with your account, the description of the product (including name of the item, size and color if applicable) and a picture of the damaged item.
How do I pause my subscription?
After you receive your first Pack, you will have the ability to pause your subscription at any time, for any reason. Whether you are traveling and won’t be home to get your Pack, or you just need a break, you can skip any quarter you prefer. You can choose the length of time you would like to pause it for and we will send you a reminder email so you can reactivate your account when you are ready. To pause your subscription, log in to your account, click on the "Subscription" link, find the subscription you want to cancel and click on the "Manage" link. You will be given the options to pause your renewal and select a date to reactivate your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Before you cancel your subscription for good. Please consider pausing it, until you are able to reactivate your subscription, because we hate to see you go. If you still feel you must cancel, but you can turn off your auto renewal at any time. Log in to your account, click on the "Subscription" link, find the subscription you want to cancel and click on the "Manage" link. You will be given the option to cancel your renewal. The cancelation will be applied at the end of your commitment period. Please note, since we need to process subscriptions, cancelations must be received at least 24 hours before your renewal to ensure you don't get charged. If you do not cancel your subscription, it will renew automatically on the standard renewal dates — March 1, June 1, September 1, December 1. You can find your renewal status in your account settings. Log in to your account, click on the "Subscription" link, find the subscription you want to cancel and click on the "Manage" link.
QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTIONS: If you signed up for the Quarterly commitment, simply cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next renewal date — March 1, June 1, September 1, December 1.
ONE-YEAR SUBSCRIPTIONS: If you have committed to a One-Year Subscription and have boxes left in your plan, you will be charged for and will receive the remaining boxes. After you have completed your initial commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled. For example, if you sign up for a One-Year Subscription and have paid for two Packs you will be charged for and receive another two Packs before your subscription finishes.
Why do you not allow cancelations of subscriptions before the term expires?
Because we source our products from small women-owned businesses, we place our orders in advance and pay for our products up front. In addition, we need time to conduct the interviews with the participating Passionistas and print the written materials in the Pack that inspire so many subscribers. Once we order our products, we cannot cancel. Your advanced orders help us plan ahead and fulfill our commitments. Honoring your commitment to the terms you signed up for is essential to our mission to pay women-business owners a fair rate and honor our commitments to them. Your Passionistas Project Pack subscription helps support women-owned businesses and female artisans globally.
